We’re almost halfway through the Moretti Gran Tour, and the time is flying by. Every night our classes have been packed full of enthusiastic students, eager to learn how to make authentically Italian raviolo with our executive chef, Luke Robinson.
The Tour kicked off in Edinburgh, where our classes were met each day with a sell-out response within the first hour of Birra Moretti opening the doors of Summerhall. It was great to teach over 200 attendees how to make a fantastic Italian pasta dish.
Our next stop on the Gran Tour is Space Studios in London, where we’re currently based. Yesterday we held a VIP night, giving London bloggers and press a taste of our master classes, and introducing them to some of the finest Italian street food vendors in the country. The Moretti was flowing, the music pumping and everyone was enjoying the fine Italian foodie fare on offer.
At the end of July we’ll be travelling to Leeds, bringing our master classes to the Town Hall on Thursday 30th July – Sunday 2nd August.
