Veganuary at Cin Cin
This January 2024, we’re starting the new year by challenging ourselves to recreate what we normally do at Cin Cin but plant-based to celebrate Veganuary in all it’s glory. We have a spectacular vegan a la carte menu running from the 4th – 31st January, at both our restaurants.

This January our a la carte menu is mostly vegan, with a few additions of some vegetarian dishes. We also have our set lunch menu from 12-3pm and if you want to push the boat out, our luxury Chef’s Menus, available for lunch and dinner, are for you. Lunch Menu 2 courses £18 | 3 courses £22 | available 12-3pm Thursday to Saturday in Hove and 12-3pm Tuesday to Friday in Fitzrovia
Chef’s Menu 5 courses | £45 per person | wine flight £35 per person
Mid week dinner offer | 3 courses + a carafe of house wine | £80 for two | Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5pm
Non-gluten menus are also available.
Restaurants Brighton try our Veganuary menu
Restaurants Brighton writer and vegan Rhys Trussler recently visited Cin Cin to try out our vegan dishes and said:
“The dishes sing of the chefs’ love of real ingredients and a whole-hearted commitment to doing a thing exceptionally well. The team has worked incredibly hard to deliver plant-based dishes that represent the kind of food you’d expect at Cin Cin, without resorting to gimmicks.”
Rhys and his vegetarian friend, sampled a number of our dishes including the pesto focaccia and panelle with truffled ricotta and pickled balsamic onion. The saffron Strozzapreti with lentil bolognese and rosemary crumb, and the Gnocchi with leeks and peppercorn sauce. And to finish Pistachio semifreddo, vanilla shortbread & Campari soaked blood orange.
“The pasta was al dente and the lentils cooked just a little firmer than that – in other words – perfect. They provided texture and bite against the creamy-sweet tomato sauce. The rosemary crumb was an excellent alternative to Parmesan and, for me, much preferable to a vegan cheese.”

Dine at Home this January
And for those who’d rather indulge at home we will have our Veganuary Dine at Home menus throughout January, so you can enjoy our restaurant food from the comfort of your own home. Perfect for a cosy night in on a cold winters night.
Dine at Home menus are available to order from Monday 8th January, for delivery in Brighton and Hove on Friday or Saturday or for collection from our Western Road restaurant on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday throughout the month.
