Winter Menu

Just in time for our Christmas markets, we revealed Cin Cin’s Winter Menu which focused on warming, cosy Italian classics with a street food twist.

Our Minestrone soup with smoked pancetta and home baked grape focaccia on top was a big hit, keeping customers’ hands warm as they enjoyed their thick, satisfying pots of goodness.

As it was Christmas, we had to find a place for sprouts on the menu.  So we gave them an Italian spin by serving them Caponata style with red wine vinegar, pine nuts and dried cranberries, topping them off with a choice of our famous Arancini rice balls or Polpette meatballs.  Yum!

At this time of year, it’s also important to start the day right so we served up Smoked Salmon ciabatta rolls with mascarpone together with Prosecco Bucks Fizz – just the thing to give our customers the morning kick start they needed to face the Christmas shopping!

To keep them going through the day, we had a delicious vegetarian Baked Rigatoni dish with courgettes, roasted vine tomatoes and kale almond pesto.  Meanwhile, the carnivores devoured our hearty Penne Napolitana with Polpette meatballs like there was no tomorrow!  Mamma mia!

And for those on the go, we added Calzone to the menu so they could keep up with the Christmas timetable as well as scrummy Pulled Pork Porchetta rolls with a festive marinade rub of ground cloves, sage and fennel.  Delizioso!!
