We’re coming to Hove

It’s an exciting time for us at Cin Cin as we prepare to open our second restaurant at 60 Western Road, Hove, in January 2018.

We launched our first Italian Bar and Kitchen in Vine Street in November, 2016, finally bringing Brighton the Italian dining experience it deserved, serving a menu of handmade pasta dishes, authentic antipasti, alongside a daily changing, seasonal specials board. It’s been a fantastic year, with Brighton taking Cin Cin’s unique dining experience to their hearts and we are now looking to spread our wings and raise the bar next year by bringing Cin Cin to Hove!

The new restaurant will have the same flavour, style and tone as Vine Street, but it will be a larger space with private dining as an added feature, as well as a charcoal robata style grill which will mean we can put our Italian spin on great meat, fish and vegetable produce.
