Cin Cin has big plans for Brighton and we are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef Manager to help continue our growth.

Since 2013, our unique vintage Fiat van has served up great Italian street food & drink at festivals and events across the South East.  We now host quarterly Supper Clubs and with a busy 2015 calendar of public and private bookings, we are ready to expand our business and grow our team.

This role would be ideal for someone currently in employment who has an interest in and passion for street food and event catering, and has the flexibility to work on events which are mainly on weekends.  Pay is competitive and based on each event with incentives for any new bookings you are able to bring to the business.

You will work closely with me (David), owner and founder of Cin Cin, and be responsible for preparing for, assisting with and delivering on our 2015 events including a month long booking in May/early June 2015 for the Brighton Fringe Festival as well as weddings, food festivals, pop ups and Christmas markets.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a passion for food and people – hospitality and personality is key.
  • Has kitchen experience in the preparation, costing and service of food.
  • Wants to grow with our business and be a long term member of our team.
  • Ideally has their own transport.
  • Is punctual, reliable and motivated to enjoy this role.
