Umbria regional dinner on sale now

Join us at Cin Cin Hove for the next in our 2024 series of dinners celebrating and exploring the food and wine of Italy’s many varied regions.

This time we are travelling to Umbria, Italy’s green heart featuring the hilltop medieval capital Perugia.

£55 per person + service; menu below with optional wine flight available on the night. Limited to 16 seats in our private dining room so book now!

MENU

Snacks on arrival – Torta al testo flatbread, Coppa & Pecorino (V: sautéed spinach & Pecorino) + Nocellara del Belice olives marinated in chilli, lemon & garlic

Starter – Castellucio lentil soup with wild boar sausage (V: with crostini of pickled radicchio)

Pasta – Strangozzi, black truffle sauce

Secondo – Porchetta, olive oil mash, wild mushroom ragu & glazed carrots (V: Risotto of wild mushrooms, Crown Prince squash & toasted hazelnuts)

Dessert – ‘Castagnaccio’ chestnut cake, sultanas in vin santo, vanilla cream
