Our Junior Sous Chef Ollie Geering takes on Brighton’s best at Chef Off 2019

Our brilliant junior sous and all round nice guy Oliver Geering is competing at this year’s Chef Off at English’s of Brighton on May 9th, where seven of the best junior chefs from across the city will do battle in a 20 minute cook off for the title of Best Emerging Chef (and dish) of 2019.

Ollie will be taking on young guns from restaurants across Brighton including Silo, Market, La Choza, Wolfsmouth, The Set & The Salt Room for prizes and culinary honour!
