Michelin Bib Gourmand award for Cin Cin Brighton
We are very proud to have retained our Bib Gourmand award for our Vine Street Brighton restaurant in the MICHELIN Guide for Great Britain & Ireland for 2020.
This award is awarded to restaurants gauged by Michelin inspectors to be “both good quality and good value” and must be able to offer three courses for £28.
Winning this award last year and retaining it again this year (as one of only four restaurants in Brighton to hold a Bib Gourmand) is all down to the hard work and creativity from our Head Chef Jamie Halsall and restaurant manager Lisa de Blauw.
