Head of front of house, sommelier, chief pusher of cured meats/cheeses/digestifs – Fabrizio Manconi wears many hats at Vine Street. Fabrizio is always there to help you with any questions on the menu including our great range of antipasti, wines, aperitifs and digestifs. But most of all, Fab loves to make sure everyone is having a fantastic experience with us and that you all go home happy (and full!).
With over 20 years of experience working in restaurants across Europe and Australia with luminaries like Giorgio Locatelli, Andy Needham and Michele Nargi, as well as working with Enzo Cassini on fine wines and the art of service. Fab brings a wealth of knowledge to our little restaurant. We are very lucky to have him!
