Isolation Insta Live – more coming this week

Hello everybody,

Thank you to everyone who joined us last week for our Instagram Live videos on pasta and cocktail making. It is important to us in these difficult times to keep busy and use the time we have been given to learn some new things.  Pasta making is the perfect remedy as it is both time consuming and takes practice so feel free to share your pasta making photos with us as we love to see them.

We thought we’d follow up with a few recipes for our pasta doughs and our world famous sourdough focaccia!  Also coming up this week we will be doing another pasta masterclass but this time we will skip making the dough so we can spend time showing you more shapes and how to make 2 very simple but beautiful pasta sauces – so follow our Insta feed to get yourself ahead for the class!

This Friday 3 April at 6pm, our head chef Jamie will be demonstrating our famous sourdough focaccia in all its various stages. Have a go at the recipe for that if you’d like to get ahead, you need to a little time to get on top of everything for that. See you on the ‘gram!
