Happy Birthday, The Set!
On Sunday night, we were chuffed to be a part of Brighton favourite The Set’s birthday celebrations, joining some of Brighton and Hove’s best chefs in serving a five-course menu to 20 lucky diners, who snapped up the limited tickets.
Working alongside Brighton and Hove gems The Little Fish Market, 64 degrees and The Chilli Pickle, we sent Jamie out to kick off the night with one of the most popular plates on our March menu: celeriac & truffle lasagne with butterhead lettuce. Not just for veggies, the dish received plenty of positive feedback from the crowd of happy diners.
The night followed with a feast of slip soles in seaweed butter, frogs’ legs with coconut toddy, and veal with fennel and artichoke before resting finally with The Set’s famous Cereal Milk.

Thanks to the superstars at The Set for inviting us to be a part of such a fantastic event, celebrating two years of hard work and success. To share the stage with some of the best chefs in Brighton and Hove was humbling, and the comradery on the night was amazing.
