Four new dishes for our May menu

Before Jamie leaves to get married at the end of the month, he couldn’t help mixing up the May menu before he hands over the kitchen to Sammy Smith (64 degrees), who will be serving his own exclusive menu from 1^st – 3^rd June.

Our pasta menu now includes a new fazzoletti dish, topped with black bream, capers, tomatoes, basil and stracciatella, and we’re serving buffalo ricotta ravioli with garden peas, carrot and pesto.

We also have a classic Sicilian cannoli dish on our desserts list, and a new layered dessert that celebrates the best of Sussex strawberries, with mascarpone and basil pannacotta.
