Before Jamie leaves to get married at the end of the month, he couldn’t help mixing up the May menu before he hands over the kitchen to Sammy Smith (64 degrees), who will be serving his own exclusive menu from 1st – 3rd June.

Our pasta menu now includes a new fazzoletti dish, topped with black bream, capers, tomatoes, basil and stracciatella, and we’re serving buffalo ricotta ravioli with garden peas, carrot and pesto.

We also have a classic Sicilian cannoli dish on our desserts list, and a new layered dessert that celebrates the best of Sussex strawberries, with mascarpone and basil pannacotta.

These dishes will only be available on our May menu for one more week, so don’t miss out! Call 01273 698813 to book a seat. Our limited edition menu with Sammy Smith launches Thursday 1st June, then we’ll be back with our June menu from the 6th June – make sure you’re following us on social media for a first look at the new dishes: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram.
