All’amatriciana, a traditional Italian pasta sauce based on Guanciale – cured pork cheek – slow cooked for hours, this sauce is deep and rich in flavour. Served over hand rolled Penné, the perfect pasta chariot for this comforting wintry dish.

Our blood orange, rhubarb & almond Zuppa Inglese combines an amazingly fresh and tangy blood orange jelly, zingy rhubarb and toasted almonds.
Mozzarella di bufala, roast parsnip, chicory & winter leaves.
Mozzarella di bufala is an Italian soft cheese made from buffalo milk. The flavor is a little bolder and sweeter than standard mozzarella with a slight grassiness and the chicory holds a more woody, slightly nutty taste which complements the rich creaminess of the Mozzarella. This dish is perfectly paired with a glass of Caruso & Manini, Frappato Nerello Mascalese from the hills of western Sicily.
