We’re pleased to announce that this summer we’ll be on the road with Birra Moretti, as they embark on a 12-date Moretti Gran Tour of the UK.
We’ll be visiting three cities, Edinburgh, London and Leeds, running almost 200 Cin Cin Master Classes across July and August. Join us as we teach you how to create one of our favourite Italian recipes, before Moretti take you on a tour of their authentic street food market, where you can experience a taste of Italy in a great atmosphere, with music, gelato, and of course, plenty of Birra Moretti.
Luke Robinson, founding chef of Bonnie Gull and graduate of Jamie Oliver’s ‘Fifteen’ project, will run our Italian master classes. Luke trained under Gennaro Contaldo and was head chef at Ristorante Citrus in Umbria, and the Cin Cin Master Classes will be an opportunity to learn from Luke’s passion for authentic Italian ingredients and techniques, as well as enjoying great food, great beer and great company.
Tickets are on sale now, priced at £10 plus £1 booking fee, which includes a FREE workshop with Cin Cin, two cans of Birra Moretti, two plates of food and a gelato. You’ll also be able to buy additional plates of food from the other 12 Italian street food stands on the Tour, plus plenty more Birra Moretti.
