Brighton’s Best Cookbook

We are over the moon to be included in Brighton’s Best Cookbook, alongside so many great restaurants, especially given that we’ve only been open for seven months. The book includes recipes for some of Brighton’s most famous signature dishes, like the Japanese fried chicken at Bincho, pork knuckle vindaloo at Chilli Pickle, The Set’s chicken nuggets with red cabbage ketchup – and our own rabbit crochette with pesto, which is quite surreal! Now everyone can make these great dishes at home.

The cookbook will be on sale in our restaurant for £25, and each copy will be signed by our team – head chef Jamie Halsall, whose great recipes bring the food to life, Fabrizio Manconi, who runs our front of house and makes sure our customers have a fantastic experience every time they dine with us, and me, founder and head dish washer. The books will also be numbered and entered into a prize draw to win a £25 voucher.
