Our ever popular pasta masterclass is back in February and makes the perfect Valentine’s gift!
Limited to 8 couples in this session and hosted in our private dining room in Hove.
For £130 per couple you get a spritz on arrival, antipasti, a 90 minute class led by our chefs, where they will guide you through making pasta dough, creating different types of pasta (machine and handmade), as well as a vegan dough. There will also be plenty of time for Q&A at the end.
Each couple will then make their own pasta, which the chefs will cook for you with a sauce to enjoy at the end of the class with wine.
