Food and wine long weekend experience at Villa Loredana with Cin Cin
Friday 1st to Monday 4th May 2026

Friday 1st May –

Fly into Pisa and drive to Villa Loredana, about 30 mins south east, where you will be greeted by Lora and Steve. Time for a dip in the pool on arrival?

Then enjoy an early evening aperitivo on the garden terrace & meet everyone, followed by a light menu from Cin Cin with regional wines to ease your way into a weekend of culinary goodness.

Saturday 2nd May –

After a light house breakfast served by Lora and Steve, the daytime is free for you to do some local exploring (or take time to do nothing at all – read a book by the pool!).

There are options nearby including the villages of Lari, Casciana Terme (which has thermal spas) & Chianni all of which have a lovely old village charm and are short distance from the villa or you can venture a little further to Florence / Pisa / Siena to explore culture and history.

There is also the opportunity to enjoy wine tasting at a local vineyard and a fabulous olive oil tasting session which was a highlight for the guests back in March.

Then in the evening, Cin Cin founder David Toscano and chef patron Jamie Halsall will serve and present a 5 course tasting menu with matched wines chosen by and served by David – the full Cin Cin experience in Tuscany!

Sunday 3rd May –

A slow Sunday breakfast (perhaps still full from the Cin Cin dinner), with your daytime free to relax and enjoy at leisure or explore the surrounding area.

Join Jamie to learn the art of handmade pasta and what better place to enjoy that class than in a Tuscan villa! Toast your hard work at the end of the class with fine Chianti.

In the early evening, Jamie and David will host a BBQ on the garden terrace with local wines and time to relax and unwind on the last night.

Monday 4th May –

Light house breakfast before departure to the airport.

Total price per couple: £1,600 (£300 deposit to secure your room)

Additional nights are available if you wanted to arrive early or leave later for your weekend visit (this often means much cheaper flights), with Villa Loredana offering this at £100 per room per night (excl. breakfast).
