Teaming up with Regal Rogue for an exclusive ALL DAY menu!
Cin Cin is proud to be joining forces with Regal Rogue on Saturday 5th August for a one-off takeover event at Vine St. It’s a match made in Italian heaven for us to be pairing their fantastic vermouth-based aperitifs and cocktails with a menu of hot and cold dishes, handpicked by our head chef, Jamie Halsall.
We’ll be serving the menu ALL DAY from 12 noon with brand new small plates, pastas and desserts, including some dishes incorporating the Regal Rogue aromatics used in their vermouth.

Regal Rogue aperitifs
- Lively White with Fever Tree Elderflower tonic, lemon & rosemary
- Wild Rosé with Fever Tree Sicilian Lemonade, lemon & mint
- Bold Red with Fever Tree Ginger beer, orange & ginger
- Daring Dry with Fever Tree Indian tonic, thyme & a caper
Regal Rogue reverse classics
- Spritz with Prosecco
- Wild Rosé Negroni with Campari
- Bold Red Negroni with Aperol
- Daring Dry Dripping Wet Martini
Antipasti
- Mixed boards of cured meats & cheeses for two
- Burrata, white peach, aged balsamic
- RR vegetarian antipasti – pickled mushroom, fermented San Marzano tomatoes & balsamic onions
Small plates
- Roast cauliflower, bagna cauda
- Cote de beuf tomato, fennel, consuma
- Crostini with crushed peas and broad beans, black olive and ricotta
Pasta
- Orecchiette with Tuscan sausage, roasted courgettes
- Parsley and girolle tortellini, artichoke compote
Desserts
- Pistachio and raspberry tart, lemon and caramel
