Meet Fabrizio – our head of front of house
Head of front of house, sommelier, chief pusher of cured meats/cheeses/digestifs – Fabrizio Manconi wears many hats at Vine Street. Fabrizio is always there to help you with any questions on the menu including our great range of antipasti, wines, aperitifs and digestifs. But most of all, Fab loves to make sure everyone is having a fantastic experience with us and that you all go home happy (and full!).
With over 20 years of experience working in restaurants across Europe and Australia with luminaries like Giorgio Locatelli, Andy Needham and Michele Nargi, as well as working with Enzo Cassini on fine wines and the art of service. Fab brings a wealth of knowledge to our little restaurant. We are very lucky to have him!
So please pop in to see Fabrizio at Vine Street for a chat about his passion for authentic Italian food, wine and drinks, all served in a very casual and open layout to give you direct access to our best people. He will be more than happy to talk your ear off as you enjoy a plate of delicious pasta and a glass of wine from one of his recommendations. Cin Cin!
