Includes a delicious starter, hand made pasta with sauce & garnish, seasonal secondo plus classic dessert to finish.

Arancino of ox tail ragu, barbecued kale emulsion (V: Burrata, white endive salad, radicchio & blood orange)

Tagliatelle with crab sauce, tomato, pickled fennel & pangrattato (V: toasted hazelnut pesto)

Slow roast pork belly, EVO roast potatoes, gremolata, spring greens (V: Polenta fritti, creamed wild mushrooms, pickled kohlrabi)
