Hand-picked grapes are fermented in thermo-conditioned stainless steel tanks with no addition of selected yeast. The wine is fermented at low temperature for 10 days in order to preserve the aromas.
100% Nero d’Avola, this organic red has a deep ruby colour with a bouquet of cherries and forest berries. It is soft, dry, with easy tannins and good freshness. The perfect pairing with a ragu.
