Our ever popular pasta masterclass is back in June and this time we are stepping it up a level to make some filled pasta! This class makes the perfect Father’s Day present for your loved one or even as a treat for yourself!
Limited to 14 attendees per session and hosted in our private dining room in Hove.
For £75 you get a spritz on arrival, antipasti, a 90 minute class led by our chefs, where they will guide you through rolling the pasta dough, creating filled pasta and how to cook it. There will also be plenty of time for Q&A at the end.
Each person will make their own pasta, which the chefs will cook for you with a sauce to enjoy at the end of the class, plus half a bottle of wine.
