Our ever popular pasta masterclasses are back this February and they make the perfect present for your loved one or even as a treat for yourself!
Limited to 10 attendees per session and hosted in our private dining room in Hove.
For £75 you get a spritz on arrival, antipasti, a 90 minute class led by our chefs, where they will guide you through making pasta dough, creating different types of pasta (machine and handmade), as well as a vegan dough. There will also be plenty of time for Q&A at the end.
Each person will then make their own pasta, which the chefs will cook for you with a sauce to enjoy at the end of the class, plus half a bottle of wine.
