A lot has changed over the last couple of months! We have been trying to adapt as best we can and have been inundated with enquiries through lots of channels with a very skeleton staff. WHERE & WHEN CAN I PLACE MY ORDER?

You can order via the link to My Local Delivers on our home page. Ordering goes live every Tuesday for delivery on Friday and Saturday afternoons, so don’t forget to set yourself a reminder so you don’t miss out. As well as our three-course dinner for two boxes you can also order extras – focaccia, olives, burrata, cured meats, cheeses, pizzetta, sharing sized lasagna and tiramisu – as well as wine and pre-batched Negroni bottles to come with your delivery.

CAN I COLLECT?

Yes, you can safely collect your order from our Hove restaurant at 60 Western Road, BN3 1JD, between 12pm-7pm each Friday and Saturday. Just select collection for your order on the My Local Delivers website or app and then choose a collection time. Choosing a specific collection time enables us to ensure safe social distancing, however if someone is waiting for a collection when you arrive please ensure you allow 2 metres between the person in front whilst you wait for your order. If someone is collecting on your behalf, please just ask them to bring proof of the order (screenshot etc.).

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

Delivery is free to BN1, BN2 and BN3. Collection is also free, obvs!

DO YOU DELIVER TO ME?

We currently deliver to BN1, 2 and 3 – this is the area bounded to the west by Boundary Rd in Portslade, to the east by Woodingdean and the Marina, and to the north by the A27.

CAN I ORDER EVEN IF I AM OUTSIDE YOUR DELIVERY AREA?

If you are outside our delivery area of BN1, BN2 and BN3, you can still order and arrange to collect from our Hove restaurant between 12pm-7pm each Friday and Saturday. Just select collection for your order on the My Local Delivers website or app and then choose a collection time.

WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver every Friday and Saturday afternoon between 11:30am and 5:30pm.

WHAT TIME WILL MY DELIVERY ARRIVE?

We are delivering our products ourselves and are doing so in one delivery run each Friday and Saturday afternoon. Our driver Paul heads off at 11.30am each Friday/Saturday and we aim to have everything delivered by 5:30pm.

WHAT IF I AM GOING TO BE OUT AND ABOUT DURING THE DELIVERY PERIOD?

If you are likely to be out, we recommend you collect between 12pm-7pm from our Hove restaurant. Our driver Paul will call you if there is no answer when he arrives and if possible, he will arrange to redeliver to you. But please note this delays our deliveries so if you won’t be home then we recommend you choose to collect your order.

DO I NEED TO BE THERE TO ACCEPT DELIVERY?

Yes please. We’d hate for your food to spoil in the heat. However you can leave a note in the comments section of your order on the My Local Delivers website or app about where we can safely leave your delivery but we’d rather hand it to so you can put it in the fridge until you’re ready to eat it. Alternatively, if you’d rather not wait in for the delivery then you can select to collect your order from our restaurant in Hove at 60 Western Road, BN3 1JD, between 12pm-7pm each Friday and Saturday.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LATE OR HAS ITEMS MISSING?

If our delivery run is delayed, we will call ahead to let you know. If you have not received your order by 5:30pm on your delivery day or if any items are missing from your order please message us on Instagram @CinCinUK or call the Hove restaurant on 01273 726047 as soon as possible so we can correct your order. We understand these circumstances can be frustrating but we will always endeavour to make these amends as quickly as possible and we thank you for your patience.

IS THERE A MINIMUM SPEND FOR CIN CIN AT HOME DELIVERIES?

Yes we have a £25 minimum spend per order but delivery is then free to BN1, BN2 and BN3!

WHERE CAN I FIND THE MENU?

The menu changes weekly and is announced on our Instagram account @CinCinUK and on Facebook every Monday so follow us there for the latest updates.

WHAT’S IN MY BOX? HOW DO I COOK IT?

Each box contains three courses for two people which just need some simple finish-at-home cooking to give you a delicious, restaurant meal. You’ll get two arancini with a dipping sauce as your starter, a handmade pasta with sauce and garnish for your main, and dessert to finish. There is a little guide in each box with the menu, allergens and cooking instructions – it’s as simple as warm the arancini in the oven, put a pot of boiling water on for the pasta and reheat the sauce in a pan, the rest is all ready to eat!

I HAVE A DIETARY REQUIREMENT SO CAN I ALTER THE CONTENTS OF MY BOX?

We cater for vegetarians on each weekly menu. We do not yet cater for vegans or gluten free options. If you have any other dietary requirements, please note these in the comments section of your order on the My Local Delivers website or app.

I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER, HOW DO I DO THAT?

Please get in touch via email to info@cincin.co.uk as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to catch it before it goes out for delivery.

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT SOMETHING IS WRONG, HOW DO I FIX THAT?

Every now and then, orders can get muddled. This usually happens when a customer places an item in their basket but takes a while to complete the purchase, at which point the item is already sold out. If something on your order looks wrong, please message us on Instagram or call the Hove restaurant as soon as possible and we will try to fix it manually for you.

CAN I ORDER OVER THE PHONE/EMAIL?

Unfortunately not, all orders must be made online through the My Local Delivers website or app. With only a couple of us here we are busy making the food and packing your boxes so unfortunately there is no time to answer the phone just now.

I HAVE A GIFT VOUCHER, CAN I USE IT TO PURCHASE A DELIVERY?

Unfortunately not, the vouchers are for in store purchases only. The gift voucher and delivery platforms are separate, and we cannot redeem one against the other. But the good news is that if your voucher was purchased while our restaurants were closed (this would be a GiftPro voucher) then we are saying thank you for your support at this difficult time by giving you an additional 10% on top of that voucher when you come in to redeem it. We are also extending the validity of our vouchers to 12 months from the date of our restaurants reopening.
