You can order via the ORDER NOW link on our home page. The menu changes weekly and ordering goes live every Monday evening – set yourself a reminder so you don’t miss out! We now deliver across greater Sussex each Thursday to Saturday, so please check your designated delivery days and times as listed on our website. As well as our five course Chef’s Menu and our three-course dinner for two boxes, you can also order extras – focaccia, olives, burrata, cured meats, cheeses, sharing sized lasagna and tiramisu – as well as fab Italian wines and pre-batched Negroni bottles to come with your delivery.
Yes, you can safely collect your order from our Hove restaurant at 60 Western Road, BN3 1JD, between 12pm-3pm each Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Just select collection when ordering & give us at least 1 hour to have your order ready. When collecting, please wear a face covering and use safe social distancing e.g. if someone is waiting for a collection when you arrive please ensure you allow 2 metres between the person in front whilst you wait for your order. If someone is collecting on your behalf, please just ask them to bring the order number (screenshot etc.).
Delivery is free to Brighton & Hove (BN1, 2, 3, 41 & 45 – minimum spend £25) and £4.95 for greater Sussex. Collection is also free, obvs!
We can now reach most of Sussex – east to Chichester, north to Horsham and Crawley, across to Haywards Heath and down to Eastbourne plus everything in between. Check our delivery area, days and times on our website.
If you are outside our delivery area, you can still order and arrange to collect from our Hove restaurant between 12pm-3pm each Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Just select collection when ordering & give us at least 1 hour to have your order ready.
We deliver each Thursday to Saturday, so please check your designated delivery days and times as listed on our website. Please ensure you will be in accept your delivery or leave a note in the comments section of your order as to where we can safely leave your food. We make everything fresh so we’d hate for your food to spoil.
If our delivery run is delayed, we will call ahead to let you know. If you have not received your order within your designated delivery run or if any items are missing from your order please message us on Instagram @CinCinUK or call the Hove restaurant on 01273 726047 as soon as possible so we can correct your order. We understand these circumstances can be frustrating but we will always endeavour to make these amends as quickly as possible and we thank you for your patience.
Yes we have a £25 minimum spend for free delivery within Brighton and Hove (BN1, 2, 3, 41 & 45).
The menu changes weekly and is announced on our Instagram account @CinCinUK and on Facebook every Monday so follow us there for the latest updates. It’s also posted with the cooking instructions on our website at the MENUS button each week. Reheating our At Home range is really simple, we do all the chef work so you can have a restaurant quality meal at home by following a few straightforward steps.
We cater for vegetarians on each weekly menu and can cater for nut free allergies. We do not cater for vegans or gluten free options. If you have any other dietary requirements, please note these in the comments section of your order.

Every now and then, orders can get muddled. If something on your order looks wrong, please message us on Instagram or email email@example.com or call the Hove restaurant as soon as possible and we will try to fix it manually for you.
Unfortunately not, all orders must be made online through our website. With only a couple of us here we are busy making the food and packing your boxes so unfortunately there is no time to answer lots of phone calls just now.
Unfortunately not, the vouchers are for in store purchases only. The gift voucher and delivery platforms are separate, and we cannot redeem one against the other. If you have a voucher which is expiring, get in touch and we’ll let you know how to use it.
