DO YOU LOVE HOSPITALITY?

We are looking for an awesome waiter/waitress/server to join our incredible front of house team at our Brighton and Hove restaurants.

Since opening in 2016, we’ve been voted Brighton’s 3rd best restaurant, we have won a Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand, been included in the Waitrose Good Food Guide, featured in national press by BBC Good Food, Olive Magazine and The Guardian; had our recipes printed in a cookbook, had lots of positive customer feedback and just had a great time giving Brighton the Italian food it deserves!

✔  20-30 hours a week

✔  Living Wage per hour + tronc + training

✔  Learn from our great management team and work across both our Brighton & Hove sites

✔  A monthly changing menu with regular briefings and training to keep you interested and challenged

✔  A small team committed to supporting you and your development

You need good experience in a busy restaurant and be willing to learn new skills. You also need excellent English and communication skills.

Experience with Italian food and cooking would be beneficial but it is not essential. Most importantly we are looking for someone with a real passion for food, wine, service and hospitality.

ARE YOU AN AWESOME CHEF?

We are looking for a commis chef to join our incredible team at our Hove restaurant.

✔  Learn from our Head Chef Jamie Halsall and work across both our Brighton sites

✔  A tight and regularly changing menu with seasonal small plates, fresh handmade pastas and desserts, curing and baking on site so lots of variation to keep you interested

✔  A small team committed to supporting you and your development

You need good experience in a busy kitchen and be willing to learn new skills. You also need excellent English and communication skills as you will be customer facing in our open plan kitchens.

Experience with Italian food and cooking would be beneficial but it is not essential. Most importantly we are looking for someone with a real passion for food, service and hospitality, and a love of cooking simply and seasonally.

Role requirements:

If you join, we need you to do the following:

  • be extremely clean and well organised, particularly in our open kitchens
  • assist with menu writing and be keen to bring new ideas to the table
  • be motivated, friendly and approachable even under pressure
  • be responsible for stock management and help with food ordering
  • want to grow with our business and be a long term member of our team.

This is a full-time role with salary dependant on your experience and skills.
