Chef Take Over: 1st – 3rd June 2017

We’re pleased to announce that while Head Chef Jamie Halsall is away getting married, we’ll be welcoming Sammy Smith to the kitchen! Normally found at 64 degrees, where he’s been since 2015, Sammy will be cooking for us on Thursday 1st, Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd June, running lunch and dinner services as normal, serving his own exclusive menu.

With a CV that includes River Café and Chez Bruce, Sammy’s experience in Italian cooking and his approach to food make him the perfect stand-in for Jamie:

“I’m really excited about this opportunity to bring my take on Italian food to the Cin Cin kitchen. Jamie and I have a similar approach to food and I hope the Cin Cin customers enjoy it as much as I will!”

We’ll be serving the same menu structure, with Sammy cooking his own Small Plates, Pastas, Desserts and Specials over the three days.
